Good old fashioned flat head tails

Catch-em - (can t help with this bit)

When you have a suitable amount of flathead tails.

Mix two eggs in a bowl until beaten

Make a plate of plain flour

Pre-heat a 2-3inch deep pan of vegetable oil.

Dip the tails into the egg then roll into flour.

Drop into hot oil and remove when golden brown.

Meal no1--Lightly fried in bread crumbs.Mash base & vegies.
Meal no2--Simply coated with flour & lightly pan fried (goes well with chips etc.)
