Hi worshippers,
My name is Karren, {aka Hillbilly} Im a 49 year old certified professional counsellor practitioner with my own practice and live in Rosebud with Joy my partner of 20 years we have 2 very beautifull daughters, Ally who is 15 and Jodie aged 25, our other kids are Jedd and Hollie, 2 crazy but wonderfull pet ferrets who rule the house hold.
I fish both WPB and PPB, I have the best of both fishing worlds, I live about 800 metres from the waters edge in Rosebud and we also have an onsite van at Lang Lang with WPB as our front yard, I much prefere to fish WPB as there are less yahoo,s and less pwc,s on the water.
I have an old savage "dolphin" 4 metre tinnie with a 20 hp motor but am hoping to get something better in the very near future. :?: :?:
Ive been fishing since the age of 6 and am totally addicted to it.
I have met and made many very good friends through fishing and I hope to meet more, I look forward to maybe fishing with some of you at some stage. :D
Cheers

Hi all
My name is Ted, 61yrs of age, live in Frankston, Married to Lyn who is also a keen fisho.
We started fishing approx 3 yrs ago- landbased, then graduated to boat (480 savage ranger) and fish PPB, Sandy Point and Mallacoota.--With a bit of help from others (whom have kindly offered) we will venture on to WPB this year.
Four adult children and six grandchildren between us, and one Samoeyed dog that rules the roost.
Like Grant-- My education (fishing wise) is still very limited, so any advice is keenly soaked up.
Our only fishing brag rights, are that both Lyn, and myself, were lucky enough to receive prizes in last years Teatree snapper comp. Admittedly, random weights- but we were happy!
Cheers Ted

Hi all.

My name is Des (nicknamed dekka), I am 46 years old and currently live in Noble Park up behind Keysborough Hotel, but soon to move into our new place in Dingley where I can get the boat out of the drive and under cover.

I have been married to Mary(nicknamed rosie) for 8 years and we have 3 wonderful boys. James 7 years, Joshua 6 years and Thomas 2.5 years. Mary is definately not a fisho.

Grew up on the Peninsula at Balnarring and fished WP predominantly untill getting a license, discovering other things and virtually giving fishing away.

2 years ago returned to fishing as an activity with the boys and it has re-fired my enthusiasm. Knowledge is limited, relied on Dad when growing up so am like a sponge for anything fishy.

Boat is a Quintrex 610 Coastrunner with Yamaha 150 4 stroke. Joined Fangvic shortly after buying boat and have never looked back. Met some fantastic people, knowlegable and happy to assist one less knowlegable. Have been on several trips away with them and cherish the memories and experience.

G'day All,
My name is Don Hewitt (54yo) and I live in Eildon where my wife Robyn 'the Boss' (41yo, but don't tell her I told you that) and I run the best little Bed & Breakfast this side of .... well, anywhere really - www.visitvictoria.com/robynsnest. We have been married for almost 16 years (my first 2 marriages combined, didn't last this long  )

I caught my first ever fish (a little reddie) in Eildon in 1956 while fishing with my father and have fished the area off and on since then. Robyn caught her first ever Trout, a 1.3kg Brown, in the Goulburn River at Ghin Ghin not long after we met and she was hooked - on me & fishing  .

Me 'n the boss had a caravan on site at The Eildon Caravan Park (on the Pondage) for many years before deciding we were sick of having to go back home to Melbourne every Sunday night or Monday morning - so we moved here permanently in 1996, designed and built our new house (and B&B business) and now IT IS HOME.

We have a Brooker 4.75m Centre Console Tinnie with a 50hp 4 stroke Merc. and WE fish whenever our business allows. The Boss has bought all three of our boats, so there's no way I can get out without her ... even if I wanted to, which I don't - well not often anyway  .

We love living here and also love promoting this wonderful peice of 'God's Country' that is Eildon. We are happy to answer enquiries re. weather or any when, where, how questions from anyone who's thinking of coming up here to wet a line or two. If we don't know, we are not afraid to say so.
