Managed to get out on friday arvo for 2 hours near Elizabeth Is. in Westernport. Got 1 small gummy, 16 rockcod.Went out 6am Sunday.(measure this)Launched from Coronet Bay. :D
Went to Silverleaves,rockcod, :( moved over to the Corals,rockcod, draughtboard shark,moved to Elizabeth Is.,rockcod 1small flatty,went to the Old Jail, more rockcod,moved up to Stockyard point,more rockcod,moved further up to the drain hole,3 Port Jackson sharks and MORE @$@$#%#$@ ROCKCOD.and then the wind arrived. upped pick an made for home, 22k away,against the tide 1/2meter waves and a 25knott wind blowing the boat sideways,On top of all that I got sunburnt.
Now thats a good day on the bay!! :lol:

Fished down the Punchbowl Saturday morning for a salmon and 2 coutta (67 & 76cm). Quiet compared to last weekend and Wednesday.
Sunday I fished around the Yarra...Warmies, next to Pier 35 and near Scienceworks, trying to raise some mullet to chuck out in a special spot (thanks to Grant) for Mulloway. No mullet to be found, so home I went.
May get one chance this week at night to try for a gummy off the surf.

I fished at corner inlet
A good feed of flatties was all I could get
a few banjo's and a couple of eagle rays
eagle rays certainly test out your snapper gear
they run hard, turn sharp and at times leap out
of the water its great fun at least.
