Still talking to yourself Darren?
Welcome to the non agressive, non political fishing site. Looking forward to your input. I think you will know most of the residents in here.

Mr Bean...Mr Bean...Mr Bean...............Welcome, great to see you could make it.
How's the house selling going? We haven't sold ours yet and getting sick of people traipsing through all hours of the day, night and weekends.
Rosie has never been crankier having to keep the place spotless not knowing when some one will turn up.
Cheers Darren and give my best to Sharon and the boys.

G'Day all,
Good to hear from you again.
Would you believe the house sold 4 days after being listed!!!!!!
The second party to look through it offered 10K above what we had agreed we would accept so we took it. All signed up and handover is first week in January. Couldn't believe it and wasn't ready for it, but we are rapped (can now leave dirty washing on the bathroom floor again without fear of castration).
Sold unconditionally to a cashed up retiree that wants to move closer to his kids and their grandchildren.
But it does make to move to Brisbane more of a reality as we now search for a new home (boy expensive up there).
I am currently sitting in Brisbane where I now work 2 days a week, getting sick of airports and hotels but part of the new job unfortunately, hopping on a flight home at 6.30pm so will be home for the weekend at least.
Boat is sulking as it hasn't been in the water since late July and with the amount of work I have ahead of me in moving house, fishing trips are going to be tough but necessary.
Anyway enough rambling for now, catch you all again soon.

P.S. Site looks good guys.
