THere is still an unresoved issue of Stve G is a snapper virgin at 48cm. I think we should have a minimum 50cm or 2kg limit to remove your self from the list.

50 cm or 2 kgs sounds fine to me, Ive set myself a goal to catch my first snapper before I turn 50 in Feb and will be aiming for at least 3.5 kgs of prized pink snapper. :?: :?: :?:

Thanks for the welcome.
I must admit that I am not a virgin (snapper),I'm still chasing one bigger than 3kg though, went out off Carrum Sat 15/10 for a couple of pinkies and very small flatties every other cast.
I think after this stormy weather passes & the water temp comes up a bit more we will see things pick up a bit.
I'm taking all of Melb Cup week off and will put in as often as possible, with a bit of luck will have some info worth sharing. :)
