All Things Fishy for the newbie
so how many here are new to fishing?
30 odd years of fishing here...first fish was a toadie.....that was when the fishing curse was put on me.... :cry:

Family always had a boat when I was but a youngun but from about 15 on did nothing but play sport.

Now 46 and 3 kids later started hiring boats out of Mordialloc untill I purchased a boat in Sept 04. Now, according to my wife, I do nothing but fish. Can't be right, after all I run my own business, involved heavily with the kids sport on the coaching side and also involved with the school parents association.

Apart from that I fishshshshshshsh, evvvvvvvvvvvvvvvry spare minute.

sounds like a nice mix... a bit of work, kids, wife,sport and fishing
