Chris, in my experience I find the best form of pain relief is fishing, the best prescription for depression and other associated signs and symptoms is tackle ratting on a regular basis, :D its pretty hard to over dose on these but they can have some nasty side effects causing your partner mood swings and so on, this can usually be remedied by a bunch of flowers or perfume ect. .
but seriously Chris, its so good to hear that the leg is getting better and that you are getting set to drop a line, good luck. :D

Hey Chris what about sal****er fly fishing ? Ive seen them do it on the telly and looks pretty impressive, then again we only see what they want to show us.

Karren

Grant, this is your year for bagging out on the good fish, just leave a feed for the land based. :(

If all goes well I should have a boat very very soon :D
