Rick, nothing to be worried about it is really simple to do, it must be even I can post pics here.
1 go into post reply.
BELOW the type box is "Image hosting" "browse" use that button to locate the pic on YOUR computer. the partial box between image hosting and Disable HTML actually reads "POST IT" click that and your 1/2 waydone.
That will take you to Image shack where your image will appear, highlite the second line above the pic , right click and "copy" come back to the P/W type box click mouse on new line and paste. DONE..
if I have done this correctly a snapper will appear below. 8)

It really is easy!

BTW in 'fishnuts' you ask where to go for gummies in WP!

try Gentle Annie Chn near blind bight. If you havent been there b4 look in the Melways at page 18.the closest red chn marker to blind bight is near a bend with a 7 meter deep hole. Absolutly brilliant at low tide shouldn't be too uncomfortable in the wind.
Or try around near Joes Is.
Good luck.

I took the boat home this morning,I'm going out on Friday arvo/evening after gummies, Will be leaving from Warneet and hiding in G A channel if anyone else is out , from about 3.30pm till 9.30. 8) Sorry all seats allocated already.

Ohh bugger!!!! I was looking forward to spending about 6 hours getting tossed around whilst hearing every excuse under the sun why Steve isn't catching any fish :D :D . I am sure the food/drink would have made up for it though

It would be a privilege to go fishing with you Steve. Will make an effort to get down that way sometime this year

Had my first crack at whiting on sat morn, and my first foray on WP.
Ants pants took me on his boat out of Tooradin. I learn't a lot, but they were a little scarce.
I got one at about 33cm's and two throwbacks. I hope to be fishing out of Cowes this friday / sat.

Cheers Ted

I have been told that once again I am wrong, that fish is 42cm and was caught by my brother, the one caught by my son occured after dark.
Once again "I" did not catch the fish therefore "I" am not entering. 8)

I thought you had to bleed them, we didnt!

31-03-2006, 02:39 PM
I'll usually bleed any fish destined for the table soon after capture.
I don't think it's essential with trevally.
The treva's I get from Lorne are a great feed cooked whole on the barbie.

Doesn't hurt to bleed them and I always scrape the black lining off the stomach.
