From the Government Gazette
I, the Director of Marine Safety, on the recommendation of Southern Rural Water hereby give
notice under subsection 15(1) of the Marine Act 1988 that the areas detailed below until further
notice are subject to a speed restriction of 5 knots –
All the waters north of a line of buoys at the northern end of Lake Glenmaggie between GPS
points lat. 37° 53.893’ S, long. 146° 46.409’ E (Wootons Point) and lat. 37° 53.961’ S, long. 146°
46.962’ E (Kelly Cove Point).
All the waters west of a line of buoys, and delineated by yellow beacons on the northern and
southern extremity, on the western side end of Lake Glenmaggie between GPS points lat. 37°
53.893’ S, long. 146° 46.409’ E (Wootons Point) and lat. 37° 55.938’ S, long. 146° 47.179’ E
(Stuckeys).
