Hi all,
a new forum to talk about all the extra things we use to try and get that fish.
I for example am an IPHONE convert and have purchased some cool apps for it, not to mention the cool maps that come with it via google maps.
it has a built in GPS and has some very neat features. I intend to write a review once I have had it out on the water.

Hey Grant what sort of maps can you use on it.

Enough lights to illuminate the MCG are handy, but the small headband LED headlamp is probably the handiest gadget i have, especially when you drop something in the middle of a feeding frenzy.

my ipod and portable speakers.
A bit of AC/DC usually gets the fish on the bite.
Currently working on a underwater camera to have a look at the reefs and the bottom to see if there are any fish around.

I am definately an iPhone convert as well. I'm doubting any technology will ever help me catch a fish though.

A computer comes in handy so you can check out these forums ;) plus getting tide times and weather reports.

12 volt pie warmer from Powerhouse at $30-40.
Hot pie's, can's of soup, it even toasts a sanga.
Gives me more time on the water, and helps me to focus
on the fish and not my stomach.
